Die Kidical Mass ist ein Veloumzug für Kinder und Familien. In gemütlichem Tempo fahren die Kids im Verbund auf den Strassen von Zürich, zuweilen auch auf den ganz grossen, was den Kleinen besonders viel Freude beschert. Die Ausfahrt dauert in der Regel eineinhalb Stunden – und die Strecke ist maximal 5 Kilometer lang.
Der Umzug wird von der Polizei und Vélorution-Mitgliedern begleitet. So können alle die freien Strassen geniessen, ohne sich um ihre Sicherheit fürchten zu müssen.
